Eli May Carson
In 2001 Eli started kickboxing and self-defence with Mark and Dale.
In 2007 Eli became "jesters gym" first RCSU female instructor. Eli saw that the majority of women wanted to learn martial arts but found that joining in with normal classes was intimidating as these classas are strongly dominated by men. So in 2007 Womens only Workout was born. Giving flexibility on class times for either personal training or group bookings. This filled the gap giving an equal amount of both men and women at "jesters gym". www.freewebs.com/fitnesselimay/indehtmx.
2007/08 Eli introduced Little Ninjas to "jesters gym" bringing a younger age group into the gym for ages 4-8 year olds this starts children at the very grass roots of martial arts.
Eli is a huge asset to jesters gym, she is a strong believer in fitness and physical activity for all ages shapes and sizes , and with an extremely competitive nature she instills this in everyone she meets.
